What happens next
You send the details
Product, grade, pack size, quantity and where the goods are going. A rough quantity is fine — say the bracket you are closest to and we will price against it.
We check availability and price
We work out what we can offer against that enquiry, and on what basis, before we put a number on it.
You get a written quotation
Price in AED, grade, packing, availability and the delivery or Incoterms basis — in writing, for that order. Anything we commit to is on that document.
Documents with the consignment
On an accepted order the safety data sheet and the batch documentation for the material supplied go out with the delivery note, and the consignment is labelled and segregated for transport.
What you can count on
- Sending an enquiry costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
- Quoted in AED, with the packing and delivery basis stated on the quotation.
- Tell us the pack size you actually use — pail, drum, bag, IBC or bulk.
- Not sure which grade you need? Say what you are running and ask.
- Your details are used to answer the enquiry. We do not sell or share them.
